This project represents a comprehensive planning proposal for a single-family residence with integrated commercial space. The design team has meticulously focused on a core concept that harmonizes “functionality and aesthetics.” To achieve this, they have skillfully incorporated curved elements throughout the space, which not only soften the overall ambiance but also create a welcoming atmosphere. Moreover, by eliminating any sense of oppression, the design promotes a fluidity that enhances the multifunctional nature of the living area. As a result, this proposal ultimately delivers a practical yet enjoyable environment that caters to the diverse needs of the owner, seamlessly blending residential comfort with commercial viability.

The first-floor reception area boasts an inviting blend of light blue, white, and natural wood elements, carefully curated to cultivate a fresh and professional brand image. As you enter, the gracefully curved ceilings and low walls, complemented by soft, indirect lighting, immediately soften the overall appearance, creating a light and comfortable atmosphere. Nestled within this inviting space, the treatment area is thoughtfully enclosed by elegant curved partitions that not only enhance privacy but also elevate customer comfort. Transitioning to the upper residential area, one will notice that the design language continues seamlessly; the gentle curves are paired with natural elements and earthy color tones, fostering a warm and cozy living environment that beckons relaxation. Moreover, the kitchen is accentuated by sophisticated glass sliding doors, strategically designed to minimize the spread of cooking odors, ensuring a pleasant ambiance throughout the home. Overall, this thoughtfully designed space harmoniously balances aesthetics and functionality, creating a truly welcoming experience.

The design features an open-plan layout that seamlessly enhances the flow of natural light, effectively minimizing the reliance on artificial lighting during daylight hours. This thoughtful arrangement not only creates a more inviting atmosphere but also fosters a sense of connectivity within the space.

Furthermore, we have incorporated energy-efficient LED lighting throughout the room, which not only helps to significantly reduce power consumption but also supports our commitment to energy conservation and lowering carbon emissions.
