This project represents a comprehensive and meticulously crafted design for a residential complex, harmoniously blending architecture, landscaping, and public spaces, all anchored in the compelling concept of “art entering life.” The design team thoughtfully perceives communal facilities as an integral extension of everyday living. By employing techniques such as scale control, light guidance, and material layering, they effectively bridge the gap between interior and exterior environments. Moreover, this innovative approach is designed to guide residents smoothly from the bustling rhythm of urban life into a serene oasis of calm and tranquility. By creating these seamless transitions, the project not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also fosters a profound sense of community and well-being among its inhabitants. This unique environment invites residents to embrace their surroundings, transforming everyday moments into enriching experiences.

The exterior design of the building eloquently embraces the theme of “Vertical Ecology in the City,” masterfully integrating lush greenery into its architectural facade. This innovative design seamlessly connects various elements, including a vibrant ground-level garden, an inviting open landscape on the first floor, an elegantly green facade, and serene sky gardens. As a result, a captivating three-dimensional network of greenery emerges, extending gracefully from the ground up to the rooftop spaces.

Furthermore, the building is thoughtfully set back six meters from the property line, creating a picturesque green lawn garden that serves as a vital buffer between the bustling city and the surrounding community. This careful planning fosters a sense of tranquility and connection to nature. In terms of aesthetics and functionality, the facade achieves a remarkable balance of proportion, sun shading, and thermal load regulation. This is accomplished through a series of vertical divisions and layered setbacks, which not only enhance the visual appeal but also improve energy efficiency. The design is further enriched by the inclusion of vibrant plantings, warm-toned stone, and sleek glass curtain walls, all of which harmoniously blend to create an engaging and professional architectural statement.
