LONGFOR CLUBHOUSE OF ORIGIN LAND IN HEFEI

Hefei Longfor Origin Land, located at the intersection of Jinzhai Road and Zipeng Road in Feixi County, Hefei, is adjacent to the over 2,000-acre 4A-level Furong Lake Scenic Area. Rooted in this fertile urban lakeside setting, the CHI DAO Design team has embraced the core concept of "elegant relaxation," blending understated luxury with natural warmth to create an ideal space that coexists harmoniously with the lake and mountains.

Stepping into the clubhouse feels like entering a royal retreat hidden within the city. The designers have introduced an interior water courtyard, complemented by a water-inspired art installation modeled after the egrets of Sanhe Wetland, echoing the local ecological imagery. Floor-to-ceiling glass panels bring the greenery of the outdoors inside, dissolving the boundaries between inside and out and allowing nature to define the spatial essence. The overall soft furnishing revolves around the theme of "urban elegance and streamlined artistry," with a palette of soft beige-gray and warm coffee tones creating a serene sense of belonging. An artistic chandelier inspired by the city’s flower, the pomegranate, captures the fleeting moment of bloom as a visual focal point, ingeniously echoing the petal-like structure of the dome. A curved display cabinet at the center showcases books and artworks, reinforcing the humanistic character of this "social theater." The large-scale floral arrangement on the table features fresh white and green tones, with layers that extend gracefully, infusing the space with the vitality of the city.

Through a diverse combination of wood, metal, textiles, and floral artistry, the designers strike a balance between Eastern restraint and modern sophistication. The warm glow of the petal-shaped dome and the interplay of embedded lighting strips create a gentle atmosphere where "ambiance is born of light," making the entire space feel more serene and refined amidst the play of light and shadow. It is both an elegant venue for conversation and an ideal setting for social interaction within the community.
