Rooted in the rich history of Xuzhou, the birthplace of Han Dynasty culture, the design blends the oriental charm of Chu and Han styles with the elegance of Republican-era Shanghai style. With Kunlun Yue as its spiritual core, the design revolves around three main concepts: Order, Understated Luxury, and Relaxation. These concepts are translated into spatial languages through artistic expressions of local urban landscapes, including Yunlong Mountain, Yunlong Lake, the Old Yellow River Course, and Hubu Mountain. The result is an urban reception hall that embodies deep cultural heritage while showcasing modern sophistication.

The circulation of the space is carefully crafted to offer an immersive experience. The high-ceilinged lobby features a reception desk engraved with Kunlun Mountain patterns, symbolizing noble etiquette. The art corridor displays three paintings narrating the urban memories of Baolian Temple, Ximatai Platform, and Yunlong Lake. The sand table area, inspired by Hubu Mountain’s ancient architecture, presents a miniature garden enhanced by lush greenery. The negotiation area combines brown-gold marble coffee tables with slub yarn carpets, creating a serene atmosphere. The bar area features black oak tea tables paired with ceramic art, reflecting a Zen-inspired lifestyle. The private banquet hall, with its crystal chandelier and 16-seat dining table, evokes the luxurious ambiance of a Shanghai-style banquet. A yoga and fitness area, equipped with professional tools and an electric curtain system, balances function with aesthetic appeal.

The style emphasizes the revival of intangible cultural heritage and contemporary luxury. Material choices such as Yujin Gold marble and platinum diamond marble, along with craftsmanship techniques like hand-painted lacquer and gold foil, create a harmonious blend of tradition and modernity. Lighting elements like handmade glass chandeliers and crystal wall lamps further enhance the warm, layered atmosphere.

The design prioritizes user experience with the inclusion of leisure furniture, optimized storage, and easy-to-maintain materials. High-quality brands collaborate to ensure consistency and efficient project execution. This space transcends traditional sales environments, offering a refined, culturally rich experience.
