This captivating project is situated in the scenic Xiangshan district of Hsinchu, Taiwan, beautifully positioned between tranquil mountain ranges and the vast coastline. The design thoughtfully responds to the coastal climate and the rich textures of the local landscape, thereby establishing a seamless dialogue between the architecture and its natural surroundings.

Drawing inspiration from Hsinchu’s esteemed tradition of glass craftsmanship, the design translates the qualities of transparency and purity into a striking contemporary architectural language. The exterior of the building showcases a light-toned palette, which not only embodies the spirit of glass artistry but also enhances the harmony between the structure and its environment.

Furthermore, the façade is intricately articulated through a "woven" textural approach, resulting in a layered architectural expression that invites curiosity. Large floor-to-ceiling windows invite an abundance of natural light into the living areas, allowing the interplay of shifting light and shadow to enliven the interior space. Through this dynamic interaction, the design fosters a harmonious symbiosis between the environment and human habitation, creating a captivating living experience that is both serene and inspiring.

The building's exterior showcases an intricate woven façade design, where staggered balconies artfully create geometric layers that contribute to a rhythmic visual composition. This thoughtful configuration not only enhances aesthetic appeal but also features deep-set windows that provide natural shading, effectively mitigating heat gain within the interior spaces. At the crown of the structure, a striking diamond-patterned sculptural element elegantly interacts with the sky, offering a distinctive architectural identity that commands attention and fosters strong visual recognition. Moreover, the surrounding community landscape seamlessly integrates local cultural elements with contemporary aesthetics. A lush green belt, alongside thoughtfully designed landscaped pathways, connects public spaces to the entrance plaza, thereby establishing a cohesive spatial network that invites exploration and engagement.
