The design establishes a core style of refined international luxury and relaxed classicism, envisioning the home as both a living space and an immersive art environment. It integrates art, functionality, and comfort, providing residents with a tranquil living experience while fostering family interaction and aesthetic appreciation. The home functions as a flowing art exhibition and a cozy sanctuary, with art seamlessly embedded throughout—from entrance corridors to sculptural installations, dynamic parent-child galleries, and curated works by emerging artists.
Spatial zones are multifunctional and adaptable. The basement combines reception, wine tasting, tea lounge, and display areas for social gatherings and artistic events. Mid-level spaces support parent-child art activities, including a harp studio integrated with gallery functions. Daily living occurs on the first floor, while private retreat areas occupy the second floor. Each level conveys a distinct atmosphere, maintaining spatial hierarchy and consistent aesthetics through unified color palettes, materials, and furnishings.
Key challenges included balancing functional distribution across multiple floors and integrating artistic expression without compromising warmth and livability. Solutions combined soft minimalist finishes with curated art accents, natural color schemes, and carefully scaled furnishings. Highly customized areas, such as the wine cellar and harp studio, addressed technical requirements while remaining harmonious with the overall design language.
Sustainability and environmental considerations guided material choices, space planning, and natural lighting strategies, minimizing resource consumption and supporting long-term adaptability. The design avoids overly decorative elements, emphasizing simplicity, functionality, and efficiency.
Overall, the project blends refined luxury, art, comfort, and sustainability, creating a flexible, multi-layered home that balances visual inspiration with humanistic warmth, serving both as a personal retreat and a venue for creative and social engagement.
