The design philosophy of this project is rooted in “Only by embracing the near can we truly perceive the far.”Against the backdrop of contemporary high-density urbanism, we strive to break free from the spatial boundaries of traditional communities. Through multi-dimensional design language, we create a fully dimensional living experience scene connected to the future. This is not merely a reorganization of physical space, but an in-depth exploration of the relationship between humanity and nature.

We take the “Park-style Free Ecological Axis” as the landscape framework, seamlessly weaving urban greenery and natural seclusion into the community. This strategy seeks to soften the rigid volume of architecture, allowing buildings, landscapes and daily life to interpenetrate, thus forming a floating “island” forest sanctuary in the heart of the prosperous city.

Inwardly, we focus on the warmth and detail of close up experiences, crafting a highly comfortable microclimate through refined design.

Centered on an elegant central communal living room, the community integrates water features, tree groves and transparent building facades. This composition is not only an aesthetic expression but also an embodiment of passive energy-saving design: the evaporative cooling effect of water features and the shading of tree groves effectively mitigate the urban heat island effect and create pleasant outdoor spaces.

In individual building design, we adopt floating canopies and transparent glass facades. This approach weakens the hard boundary between architecture and landscape, maximizing natural light penetration into interiors. By optimizing daylighting factors, we significantly reduce daytime lighting energy consumption, while bringing courtyard greenery into the building, allowing residents to experience the texture and warmth of life at close range.
