This innovative congregate housing property project features two elegant five-story apartment buildings and thirteen charming townhouses, all thoughtfully designed to foster a sense of community. Situated in close proximity to the Southern Branch of the National Palace Museum—a site rich in historical significance—this development is surrounded by lush parks, reputable schools, and a variety of essential amenities. The architectural design masterfully captures the essence of local cultural characteristics while reinforcing the brand's identity and value. The planning approach began with the integration of classical elegance, which serves to highlight the brand's image. This aesthetic is then seamlessly combined with modern technological advancements in living spaces, creating a unique dialogue between classic architecture and contemporary lifestyles.

The overall vision is to ensure that the project not only resonates with the cultural heritage of the Southern Branch of the National Palace Museum but also complements the vibrant atmosphere of the local community. The result is a sophisticated mansion that epitomizes a harmonious blend of leisure and refinement, offering residents an exceptional living experience.

The architectural design of this residence embodies a classical tower structure, elegantly adorned with off-white stone and warm-toned hanging tiles. Complemented by carefully selected pebbles, wrought iron railings, and strategically placed amber spotlights, the ambiance exudes sophistication and warmth, creating an inviting atmosphere for all who enter. Notably, at the community entrance facing Palace Avenue, the design team has thoughtfully set back the building to incorporate a generous green belt. This feature not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of the entrance but also enriches the living environment by introducing lush greenery, reducing noise pollution, and improving air quality.

An exquisite ancient parquet floor seamlessly connects the apartment building to the townhouse, serving as a picturesque access road that doubles as a cultural square. This space encourages residents to engage with one another, fostering a vibrant community spirit while honoring local cultural characteristics. The project also considers nighttime illumination with a sophisticated lighting scheme that distinguishes between various zones based on three distinct time periods.
