Greentown Wuxi Wave Mansion is located in the core area of Wuxi Economic Development Zone. As a 310,000㎡ residential complex, it harmonizes urban vitality with ecological excellence, bordered by the Olympic Center and Taihu Wetland Park. Drawing inspiration from Taihu Lake's undulating rhythms and the Olympic Center's kinetic energy, the design employs parametric interpretation to craft a "dynamic, refined, and elegant" lakeside community that redefines premium living in Wuxi.
Guided by the main concept of organic fluidity, the masterplan integrates dynamic curvilinear forms across landscapes, circulation networks, and architectural expressions. The overall design features an innovative "One Axis, Dual Loops, Three Interfaces" structure: a 300×80m central landscape axis connects dual lobby transition corridors, seamlessly integrating ecological and residential spaces. High-rise buildings with fully elevated spaces offer residents a seamless connection to nature and establish visual porosity, enabling residents to immerse themselves in nature while fostering community engagement. Stacked villas with asymmetrical facades and L-shaped terraces deliver 270° panoramic views of the lake-wetland ecosystem, creating a continuously unfolding spatial narrative.
Architectural innovation manifests through dual lobbies adorned with wave-inspired water installation, transforming homecoming into a sensory journey that echoes the site's aquatic essence. Parametric design techniques translate water ripples into fluid façade patterns with a curtain wall system and aluminum panels, forging a contextual dialogue with the neighboring Olympic Center. The project breaks traditional residential paradigms, creating an ideal living space that harmonizes with nature and culture, positioning itself as Wuxi's premier lakeside living destination.
