The design inspiration for Deluna Infant Care and Early Education Nursery stems from the fantastical tale of the Deluna Planet: on a midsummer night of a lunar eclipse, children encounter the glowing round boat from the Deluna Planet with Luna in the garden, embarking on an interstellar exploration journey together. This story is translated into tangible elements such as arched doorways, curved staircases, and planet-shaped glass window decorations, creating a multi-layered indoor environment brimming with exploratory fun. The functional layout is meticulously efficient, encompassing zones for reception, morning check-ups, multipurpose activities, public displays and events, service management, and living units for children of different age groups. Outdoor areas are designated for play, sandpits, planting, and sunning, comprehensively meeting the professional operational needs of the childcare institution and the physical and mental development requirements of children.

The interior design elements are deeply rooted in Chengdu's local cultural DNA. Drawing from its nickname "Jincheng" and the nationally recognized intangible cultural heritage "Shu Brocade", the core scenographic concept of "Flowers Blooming in Jinguancheng" is proposed, creatively blending the two elements of "brocade" and "courtyard". The "brocade" is manifested through the extraction and application of Shu Brocade's colors, showcased on walls, furniture, and decorations. The "courtyard" focuses on constructing a spiritual space that connects children, families, and the community, providing a social haven for peers and professional childcare support for parents, and serving as a nexus for community-family interaction. Through an in-depth exploration of local culture, the construction of unique narrative scenes, and a spatial expression filled with childlike whimsy and artistry, a childcare space with remarkable distinctiveness and emotional warmth is crafted.
