This project centers around the exquisite renovation of a five-story townhouse villa. Originally a pre-owned residence, the design team reimagined its layout, infusing the space with modern aesthetics to create a bespoke, inviting environment for the homeowners.

The first floor is thoughtfully designed, featuring a garage and a welcoming entryway that serves practical purposes. Ascending to the bright and expansive living-dining area, one can choose between a stylish staircase or a convenient elevator, ensuring accessibility for all. Upon entering the living room, guests will be greeted by an inviting L-shaped sofa and a plush armchair that create a cozy conversation zone. This space is elegantly complemented by a display cabinet, which not only showcases refined decor but also reflects the homeowner's successful stature while adhering to feng shui principles. The rear wall stands out, adorned with vertical paneling and metallic trim that add both texture and visual intrigue, resulting in a polished and organized aesthetic. Enhancing the ambiance, recessed lighting strips run along a stepped surface, extending visual proportions and gracefully connecting the living area to the dining space. Transitioning into the dining room, one will notice that an accent wall that artfully incorporates shelving, while a sculptural pendant light draws the eye upward, providing a focal point for the space. Continuing the warm gray palette, the master bedroom offers a tranquil retreat, accented beautifully by vibrant orange throw pillows that inject a lively pop of color. A striking metal ring pendant lamp hangs beside the bed, casting an enchanting interplay of light and shadow across the walls, thereby elevating the room's elegance. The bathroom further exemplifies a harmonious blend of design elements, combining light and dark stone with warm wooden flooring. This thoughtful combination balances cool and warm materials, creating a serene and inviting bathing environment.

In a remarkable fusion of sustainability and modern design, this spacious detached residence features stunning floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the interior with natural light. Additionally, the design team considered the homeowner's feng shui preferences and lifestyle habits, leading to a thoughtful and respectful revitalization of the home.
