The project is located on Qingnian Street in Shenhe District, Shenyang, at the core of the city's first ring, commanding the northern section of Shengjing's historical central axis and carrying an important mission in the city's spatial layout. The design draws inspiration from the Shenyang Imperial Palace, extracting the imperial city's regulations and Eastern aesthetics, integrating the northern regional context with modern landscape language, reshaping the city's memory of Shenyang as the 'Mountain and Water Imperial City,' and creating a landscape that embodies the unique northern urban charm. The landscape structure references the 'Three Enclosures and Nine Rituals' spatial sequence of the Forbidden City, translated into a three-courtyard system using modern design techniques to build a rhythm of order and poetry. The park narrates the story of Chen Rong's 'Nine Dragons' from the Southern Song Dynasty, creating a hundred-meter-long art gallery—its corridor winding like a dragon through the entire park, forming a heartwarming route of 'returning home without getting wet.' Walking through it, the views shift step by step, with framed views, paired views, and glimpsed views intertwining to create a scroll, interpreting the threefold experience of 'stroll in the garden, enjoy the gallery, retreat in the courtyard.' The core area draws inspiration from the 'Pavilion of Ten Kings' in the Forbidden City to construct a community reception hall, like a dragon pearl embedded in the heart of the landscape, forming an auspicious layout of 'two dragons holding a pearl, where the dragon prospers.' This not only offers a contemporary response to Shengjing's historical context but also uses metaphor to imbue the space with a sense of reverence and belonging. The design is not only about creating a residence but also aims to build a culturally enriched urban resort mansion—allowing history to continue breathing in contemporary space and transforming living into an artistic journey through time.
