Located in Brooklyn, Matcha Gradient is a Japanese-inspired café that transforms the sensory experience of tasting matcha into spatial form. The brand’s concept explores five levels of matcha intensity, mirrored in a gradual color transition—from light green tones at the entrance to deeper hues near the bar—creating a journey of both flavor and
perception.
Inspired by Japanese Zen aesthetics, the interior features natural wood, minimalist lines, and soft lighting to evoke calmness and clarity. Every detail—from the counter texture to therhythm of seating—encourages visitors to slow down and breathe.
More than a café, Matcha Gradient is a sensory landscape where taste, color, and spaceconverge, offering a tranquil pause within the city.
