This project envisions a multifunctional space that seamlessly integrates exhibition, reception, and office areas for a forward-thinking biotech brand. Importantly, the design moves away from the industry’s typical cold and sterile technological language. Instead, it embraces the uplifting themes of “natural wellness and a sense of breathing,” fostering an environment that feels both inviting and invigorating. To achieve this, the project employs innovative strategies, such as color-based noise reduction that enhances comfort and focus. Furthermore, curved circulation paths create a sense of flow throughout the space, guiding visitors naturally from one area to another. The thoughtful incorporation of life imagery not only enriches the aesthetic but also instills a sense of vitality in the environment. Ultimately, this design aims to soften the technological distance often associated with biotech industries. By transforming the professional image from one characterized by rational detachment to one embodied by stability, trust, and a symbiotic connection, the project effectively redefines the spatial expression of the biotech brand. Through these elements, the space emerges as a harmonious blend of professionalism and warmth, making a lasting impression on all who enter.
The circulation path gracefully unfolds from the stairwell lobby, where the design thoughtfully integrates the brand's color palette with softened brightness and saturation. This carefully considered approach not only serves as a psychological transition point but also reinforces brand recognition while alleviating sensory fatigue. As visitors enter the interior, they will be immediately captivated by a stunning waterfall seamlessly integrated with a living wall on the left side. This striking visual focal point symbolizes the cycle of life, offering a dynamic and refreshing atmosphere. To the right, a collage of mixed materials and wall coverings adds depth and texture, inviting exploration and engagement.
