This project adopts a modern public-building architectural vocabulary as its keynote. Based on the systematic construction of the urban interface and community ceremonial order, it integrates hierarchical spatial narration and refined material logic. Through an integrated architecture landscape strategy, it creates an immersive exhibition space featuring a sense of ceremony, contemporaneity and eco resort ambience, achieving an organic unity of functional efficiency, artistic expression and local culture, and establishing a high star green building benchmark for the district.
The design reconstructs the spatial framework of “Entrance Courtyard – Water Court – Clubhouse”, establishing an in depth dialogue between Eastern ceremonial order and modern construction. The entrance adopts an over scaled horizontal extending interface. Through symmetrical composition, a heavy base and material contrast with metal edging, it strengthens the sense of domain and iconicity of the community gateway, interpreting a solemn and elegant homecoming ritual. Inside, responding to a 7 meter terrace height difference, a three dimensional ecological water court is formed. The buildings are appropriately set back to create grey spaces, allowing architectural volumes, natural greenery and cascading water landscapes to interpenetrate, forming an ecological entity of “architecture landscaped and landscape architecturized”. This weakens boundaries and enhances an immersive natural experience.
The facade follows minimalist public-building construction principles. Large expanses of ultra-clear glass contrast sharply with solid wall surfaces in a play of void and solid. Horizontal lines are stretched and continuous, weakening vertical divisions, presenting a light, transparent, smooth and grand modern texture. Materials include natural luxury stone, metal aluminum panels and high-performance coatings, with emphasis on natural textures and detailed craftsmanship. A restrained design language highlights the premium quality of materials and conveys a low-carbon and sustainable architectural character.
