This design centers on Thailand's local nature and culture while also addressing modern high-end residential needs: 'Senyu' echoes the lush greenery of Thailand's tropical rainforests, creating a sense of a natural island within the city and providing an exclusive living haven for expatriate families; 'Lanting' draws on the imagery of Thailand's water culture, conveying a sense of spatial flow and the elegance of courtyard aesthetics, integrating the warmth of Chinese courtyard traditions; 'Yinsha' blends modern minimalism with understated Thai luxury, offering a high-end experience that is hidden in nature and quietly distinguished; 'Taiyun' adheres to the transparency and natural symbiosis philosophy of traditional Thai architecture, suitable for tropical climates and a relaxed lifestyle. It breaks the conventional piling of Thai symbols and reconstructs the essence of Thai architecture and its coexistence with nature through modern design techniques:

First, light and shadow storytelling – inspired by sun-shading wisdom in Thailand's tropical climate, using double-height spaces and staggered floors to create rich light and shadow changes throughout the day, giving the space a dynamic atmosphere;

Second, material dialogue – combining Thai local materials such as teak with modern concrete and metal frames, preserving the local character of traditional architecture while incorporating a modern texture;

Third, landscape permeation – using tropical plants like bananas and traveler’s bananas as core elements of the space, from entrance water features to indoor greenery windows, achieving a Thai garden experience of 'scenery at every step,' allowing nature and living spaces to seamlessly connect.
