Design Idea: The design takes full advantage of the surrounding mountain environment, and presents the undulating trend of the form by making full use of the site scale. At the same time, it echoes the extended mountains and increases the interest of the space. People walking in the building, just like climbing the mountain to view the scenery, a lot of fun, to reach the height of the roof garden is overlooking the whole picture of the new park, thus reflecting the "walking in Yichang, Yiling pick up jade" design theme.



Technical highlights: optimize the design of the architectural folded skin through digital three-dimensional modeling, the division of the folded surface between the flush seam intersection, and through digital technology to control the size of the perforated plate hollowing area of the outer layer, in order to present a gradual effect of the landscape that echoes the mountain.



Technological innovation: the two-layer glass box of the entrance foyer is a double-layer breathable curtain wall, and intelligent sunshade louvers are set outside the inner curtain wall, which reduces the air-conditioning cold and realizes the purpose of energy saving; the outdoor courtyard is set with light skylight, and light conduit technology is adopted in the local area, which is conducive to the natural lighting and ventilation, and reduces the energy consumption, as well as the adoption of water-saving measures, such as rainwater collection and water reuse, and the solar energy hot water, such as the green energy-saving measures.
