Imperial Heritage Hangzhou is a visionary development that integrates modern luxury living with sustainable principles, set against the backdrop of Hangzhou’s rich cultural heritage. The project comprises an office tower and two condominium buildings, strategically located at the intersection of major urban thoroughfares, enhancing the city's skyline and serving as a gateway.
The architectural design draws inspiration from Hangzhou’s unique landscape, where natural beauty and urban life coexist. The three buildings are arranged in a triangular formation with varying heights, and several curves are introduced in plan to create a dynamic and layered cityscape. This thoughtful arrangement maximizes sunlight exposure and natural ventilation while offering open spaces between the buildings, fostering a deep connection with the surrounding environment.
Green Lifestyle
A key feature of the project is its commitment to connecting with nature and promoting a green lifestyle. Vertical greenery and rooftop gardens introduce organic elements into the urban fabric, creating serene spaces for residents and office occupants to relax and engage with nature. These green spaces serve as communal areas that encourage social interaction and a sense of community, enhancing the overall quality of life.
Mixed-Use Integration
By combining residences, office, and communal areas, the project cultivates a dynamic 24/7 urban hub where people can live, work, and socialize without barriers. The office provides modern, flexible workspaces, while the residences offer premium, wellness-oriented living with direct access to shared amenities. Retail and recreational programs activate the ground plane, transforming the development into a thriving social nucleus.
Cultural Identity
Inspired by Hangzhou’s natural beauty and poetic heritage, the project’s sculptural pleated façade plays with light and shadow, creating a dynamic expression that evolves throughout the day. The design of each tower fosters a seamless dialogue between tradition and modernity, linking the past with the future and strengthening the city’s identity.
The design breaks traditional barriers with an open, dynamic urban interface, integrating green spaces and rooftop gardens to foster a sustainable lifestyle. With its sleek form and distinct skyline, it stands as a striking urban landmark, symbolizing both a connection to the city’s history and a vision for the future.
