As the first art exhibition hall in Shenzhen with ecological civilization as its core, this venue integrates the environmental protection functions of a water purification plant with the cultural needs of the city through artistic expression and technological display. It is an innovative cultural space that combines ecological education, art exhibitions, and public education.

In terms of design, the semi-underground structure of the water purification plant is utilized to combine the wastewater treatment process with artistic display. The project employs three colors—“technology blue,” “ecology green,” and “life orange”—to reflect its attributes. Combined with electro-optical glass, large-scale water ecosystem light installations, and 5D immersive multimedia devices, it creates an “ecological art that can be perceived.” In terms of spatial planning, functionality and comfort are fully considered, with reasonable division of exhibition areas, interactive zones, and rest areas, providing visitors with a high-quality experience.

This design is not only an exhibition space but also a work that deeply integrates spatial design with cultural connotations. It interprets the theme of ecological and environmental protection with innovative design methods, offering a Chinese model for ecological spaces in high-density urban areas globally.
