This project centers on the meticulous planning of office space for a dynamic real estate agency, housed within a charming five-story townhouse that has been elegantly transformed into a commercial property. Originally, the owner envisioned using only the first floor; however, following insightful recommendations from the design team, they embraced a comprehensive plan to optimize the function and value of each level. To begin with, the first floor has been thoughtfully designated as a welcoming reception area, creating an inviting atmosphere for clients and visitors alike. Meanwhile, the second and third floors will be allocated as dedicated office spaces, fostering a productive environment for the agency's staff. Transitioning upward, the fourth and fifth floors are designed to function as comfortable staff quarters, ensuring an efficient use of space while accommodating the needs of the team.

Moreover, the design team has seamlessly integrated the brand's corporate identity colors throughout the interior, enhancing the aesthetic appeal. This vibrant palette is complemented by a striking transparent facade that not only draws attention but also allows natural light to flood the space. Consequently, the building stands out prominently in the newly redeveloped area, much like a lighthouse that beckons passersby to stop, explore, and engage with the agency. Through this thoughtful design, the project not only meets practical requirements but also elevates the overall experience for clients and employees alike.

As visitors step into the first-floor lobby, their attention is immediately captured by the vibrant corporate color “orange,” which strikingly complements the brand logo. The design of the reception counter, main wall, and ceiling seamlessly incorporates elegant curved elements that reflect the building's architectural style. Notably, the ceiling is artfully bevelled to align with the contours of the counter, creating not only a visually cohesive experience but also an illusion of spaciousness that enhances the overall atmosphere. In addition, a stunning crystal chandelier hangs gracefully from the ceiling, adding a touch of sophistication and sparkle. The craftsmanship of the counter facade showcases intricate woodworking, contributing to a sculptural effect that commands attention.
