When local consciousness fades away, how can the memory of the land be preserved?

Blending the fading local consciousness with the Tamsui Art Village and Ocean Open Project, this design repurposes natural materials like driftwood and iron sand to create a space for artistic exchange, education, and environmental engagement—reviving the dialogue between past and present.

Locality is ever-changing, yet its essence—born of the land—remains. This project captures the echoes of history while nurturing new cultural expressions for future generations.
