Zhongjian Yuelu·Guan Di is located on the north side of the Chaobai River National Wetland Park in Baodi District, Tianjin. It enjoys rich natural surroundings and convenient transportation resources. Drawing on the aesthetic concepts of the East and following modernist craftsmanship, it presents a model residence with "national style, Song Dynasty charm, and elegant etiquette" in Baodi District.
The project follows the main axis of the community to create a progressive courtyard layout. The first level is the drop-off forecourt; the second level is the landscape water courtyard; and the third level is the landscape clubhouse. Through a layout rich in layers and rhythm, these progressive sequences together form a spatial courtyard with a strong sense of ceremony.
The overall architectural form is inspired by the Chaobai River and flying birds, translating natural forms into abstract designs. Meanwhile, the facade elements inherit the classic Eastern aesthetic and are reinterpreted with modern craftsmanship, capturing the essence of a literati lifestyle. The design is both luxurious and restrained, creating a vibrant and livable scene.
