This project commenced as a renovation of a pre-owned home, transforming it into an ideal residence that aligns with contemporary living and the family's requirements. The design emphasizes "comfort, togetherness, and happiness," mirroring the homeowners' vision of a dream home reminiscent of cinematic ideals.

Spatial functionality is achieved through layout reconfiguration, wiring and plumbing upgrades, and climate control planning for seamless operation and easy maintenance. The open-concept dining area and kitchen are designed to feature a long wooden table, enhanced by minimalist pendant lighting. An island is included to improve cooking efficiency, while the overall light color palette fosters a bright and clean atmosphere. The studio is equipped with wooden modular cabinets and a substantial wooden desk. Vertical-grain wood paneling on the walls adds depth and seamlessly combines practicality with a warm aesthetic. The master bedroom incorporates light tones and distinctive wallpaper. A balcony situated adjacent to the floor-to-ceiling windows provides a tranquil retreat. The master bathroom is distinguished by gray-white textured stone walls that create an elegant and layered visual effect. The boy's bathroom utilizes solid gray stone in conjunction with warm wooden ceilings, which evoke the calming ambiance of a traditional Japanese bathhouse. Both bathrooms feature wet/dry separation to significantly enhance usability. The media room functions as a multifunctional entertainment area, serving as both a home theater and a board game space to facilitate family bonding. It is also equipped with a dining table and a wine cabinet to accommodate light meals and the appreciation of wine. The dressing room showcases wooden elements, featuring a vanity and a long sofa bench. Open-sided wardrobes on both sides allow natural light to illuminate the clothing, offering convenient storage while maintaining visual openness. Additionally, the basement serves as a versatile entertainment area. Each space thoughtfully integrates practical habits with comfort, striking a balance between functionality and aesthetics to foster an ideal lifestyle.

This project emphasizes environmental sustainability through eco-friendly and durable construction methods and materials. By renovating existing homes, we effectively reduce building material waste, extend the lifespan of structures, and minimize the carbon footprint.
