As a landmark waterfront development, the project adopts a C-shaped courtyard plan to maximize expansive ocean views, creating a continuous spatial loop between landscape and interior. Expansive curtain walls frame the surrounding mountain and sea vistas, fostering an ongoing dialogue between the natural landscape and refined living spaces. The interior design further develops the concept of “tides, seas, and mountains as one,” weaving oceanic references—including sails, yachts, coral, and reefs—throughout the spatial narrative. All functional spaces unfold around the courtyard water feature, making full use of the inherent spatial configuration to create an immersive experience where mountains, sea, landscape, and interior converge.

The sail form, a signature motif of the project, is also integrated into the sculptural walls surrounding the bar. Crafted from natural stone, the three-dimensional curved surfaces trace flowing lines that evoke sails suspended in the air, capturing a sense of freedom and movement across the mountain and sea. The motif embodies both the spirit of setting out toward new horizons and a sense of anticipation for the journey ahead. At the same time, these sculptural elements serve as spatial dividers, enclosing and defining the bar area.

A closer look at the four sculptural walls reveals the designer’s meticulous attention to detail. From the articulation of the stone surfaces and luminous ceilings to the decorative elements of the bar, subtle details evoke both underwater coral formations and sea foam carried by the waves, continuously enriching the maritime narrative. This language extends beyond the walls, with carefully selected furnishings and decorative elements echoing the same ocean-inspired aesthetic throughout the space.

Adjacent to the full-height windows, the pool visually extends toward the outdoor water feature, dissolving the boundary between interior and exterior. Turquoise mosaic tiles create the illusion of an endless, crystalline sea, while snow-white marble walls and white outdoor furnishings enhance the serene, resort-like atmosphere.
