Located on the eighth floor, the residence enjoys expansive river views. The 178.5 square meters home is planned as four rooms, a living room, and a dining room. The design adopts a modern style, responding to the homeowner’s lifestyle of hosting gatherings and exercising at home by integrating social interaction, relaxation, and physical activity within a unified living space.
The social area follows an open layout so that the living room, dining kitchen, and open study share natural lighting along the long side of the plan. The window-side daybed becomes a quiet corner for reading and reflection. The dining kitchen includes an island table, while glass sliding doors provide flexible boundaries that maintain openness while controlling cooking fumes when necessary.
The living room ceiling integrates a pull-up bar, allowing exercise to become part of daily life. Meanwhile, the large beam spanning the living room and dining table is wrapped with wood veneer, transforming a structural necessity into a spatial axis.
Material selection combines a stone-pattern TV wall, light wood veneer, and black metal elements to create a layered yet warm composition. In the master bedroom, a white metal-framed wardrobe resembles a display cabinet, presenting storage with clarity and order. The overall space reveals a relaxed and flowing lifestyle within abundant daylight and clean architectural lines.
