2727 The Residences

2727 The Residences is a private residence conceived as a long-term family home, with each space given its own identity while remaining part of a cohesive whole. The project balances expressive materiality with highly detailed bespoke execution, moving between intimate private rooms and more characterful social spaces.



Valecasa is responsible for the interior design as well as the development and manufacture of the home’s bespoke furniture, joinery and built-in elements. Materials including Calacatta Viola marble, travertine, timber veneers, lacquered finishes and custom metalwork are used to create contrast between spaces while maintaining continuity throughout the residence.



A central part of the project is its execution: design decisions are developed alongside technical detailing and manufacturing, allowing complex joinery, furniture and material transitions to be resolved from concept through physical production. The result is a highly personalized residence designed not only around the clients’ current lifestyle, but as the home in which their family will grow over time.
