The design philosophy for The Boardwalk luxury condominiums buildings revolves around the natural beauty of its surroundings. The interiors are infused with elements that reflect the beach’s serene and refreshing ambiance. From the soft color palettes inspired by the sand and sea to the use of natural materials like wood and stone, every detail is thoughtfully curated to create a cohesive and calming environment.
BG Studio has seamlessly incorporated organic materials to bring the beach vibes inside the Lobby and the large collections of interior and exterior Amenities. The use of sandy toned limestone for flooring and walnut wood for wall paneling of the public areas evoke the raw beauty of the shoreline. Woven textures in rugs, curated furniture details and décor pieces contribute to a sensory-rich and inviting atmosphere. The color scheme is a harmonious blend of soft blues, sandy beiges, and crisp whites, mirroring the coastal landscape. Subtle pops of ochre and teal add a touch of vibrancy, reminiscent of the sea at different times of the day. This palette not only soothes the senses but also creates a timeless and sophisticated look.
In the apartments, bedrooms and bathrooms are designed as ultimate sanctuaries of relaxation. Plush bedding, soothing colors, and spa-like bathrooms with luxurious fixtures create a serene retreat within each apartment. To enhance the sense of space and light, the open kitchen layouts seamlessly connect to adjacent living and dining areas, fostering a cohesive flow ideal for entertaining and family life. Light color porcelain materials for the counters echo the textures of the beach, while warm white lacquered cabinets provide a sleek, modern look. These elements, illuminated by the natural light filtering through floor-to-ceiling windows, ensure the spaces are both carefully designed and durable. Every design element aims at promoting peace and relaxation, offering residents a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
